RETURN POLICY

SWAROVSKI OPTIK's top priority is to satisfy all its customers. Items purchased in the Online Shop may be refunded up to 14 days after their receipt. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted after this date. 

It is currently not possible to exchange a product online for a new or different item in one transaction. The unwanted item should be returned and a new order placed for the desired item(s). You will be refunded for the item(s) returned. If you received the item as a gift, the sender will be refunded the appropriate amount.

Please use the peel off label attached to the delivery slip for your return parcel and send by standard uninsured mail. Please keep a copy of your postal transaction slip for your reference.

All products purchased from the Online Shop may not be returned at local SWAROVSKI OPTIK retailers. Please note that our policy is to credit your credit card for returned products. An exchanged or new item(s) will not be sent to you unless a new order is placed via the Online Shop.

Repairs

Thanks to the high standard of quality and first-class workmanship, SWAROVSKI OPTIK Products are virtually maintenance and repair-free. 

Nevertheless, should you require any maintenance or servicing, our in-house service department will be happy to assist you.

Consumers and Authorized Retailers located in the US and Canada can initiate service orders and receive status updates online! Click HERE to go to the online repair portal.

Whether requesting a service order online or by phone at 800-426-3089 prompt 2, you will be asked to provide the model, serial number, and what the issue is you are experiencing, along with the owner`s name, contact and shipping information. 

Our business hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST. 

Canadian residents will receive assistance with customs and shipping documentation.  At the time the service order is issued, a service order number and instructions on how to return your product will be provided.


We will notify you of the receipt of your repair immediately.  Please call us if you do not receive notification.

a) If the repair is a warranty case: 
SWAROVSKI OPTIK will carry out a warranty repair at no charge.

b) If the repair is not subject to the product warranty: 
You will receive a cost estimate for the repair by phone call, mail or e-mail from SWAROVSKI OPTIK North America. No repairs will be performed until we have authorization.
