Shipping options

Duration of shipments

To Europe:

Orders placed over public holidays or from Monday to Friday by 16:00 GMT will be processed the following business day. No deliveries are made on weekends or holidays. Shipments to Europe take approximately 3 to 7 working days, except to rural and isolated regions, in which case shipments can take longer. Unfortunately, SWAROVSKI OPTIK is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


To the United States of America (USA):

Service & coverage
We ship to the continental United States and Hawaii via FedEx 2-Day Service. We’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Processing times

  • Orders placed Mon–Fri by 2:00 p.m. ET are usually processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. ET, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.

  • “2-Day” reflects the carrier’s transit time and excludes weekends/holidays unless FedEx offers Saturday delivery at your address.

Signature requirement
For your protection, orders over $300 require an Adult Signature (21+). If you won’t be available, please use FedEx Delivery Manager or request a Hold at Location pickup with FedEx.

Order changes & cancellations
Many orders ship within minutes. Changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed after checkout, but we’ll do our best—contact us immediately via Live Chat, 800-426-3089 x 1, or info-us@swarovskioptik.com.

In-Transit Delays & Issues
Delivery estimates & delays

Carrier transit times are estimates and may be extended by weather, high seasonal volume, address issues, or other events beyond our control. While we can’t be responsible for such delays, we’ll actively help track your shipment and work with FedEx to resolve issues.

Address accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Re-shipment fees may apply.

SWAROVSKI OPTIK's shipping partners

SWAROVSKI OPTIK relies on FedEx for all shipments to the USA and Canada. In Europe, our shipping partner is UPS (with the exception of Austria, where DHL is utilized). Please note that at present, SWAROVSKI OPTIK cannot facilitate deliveries to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Regions exempt from delivery

SWAROVSKI OPTIK is currently unable to deliver to the following regions/countries:

  • Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark, and Herm)

  • Isle of Man

  • Corsica

  • French Territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, and La Réunion)

  • San Marino

  • Gibraltar

  • Svalbard

  • Liechtenstein
