The spare part objective lens cover (678-955A) is compatible with: EL x42 W B pro Gen. III (serial number: starting and higher: K852447681 / KD...) EL Range W B Gen. II (serial number: starting and higher T843763891) EL Range TA (serial number: starting and higher TF10...) Please note: this article can be ordered by piece. Should you need a set of two, please order a quantity of two objective lens covers. Manual for exchanging the objective lens cover: If the lens cover is still attached to the binoculars: 1. Open the objective lens cover. 2. Pull the lens cover firmly downwards. If the objective lens cover is not attached to the binoculars: 3. Fit the new objective lens cover into the metal ring. When you hear a click, this means that it is attached.

The replalcemnent lens cover came fast. Expensive. I question the securness of the attachement as this is the second timje I''ve had to replace the lens cover. Fortunatley, the first time was under warranty. I beleive I connected it corredtly.However-If there is a better way to confirm a secure fit, I'd like that information.
Items were shipped and delivered in a very timely manner. They were as described on-line and fit my binoculars perfectly. Very happy with the results!
