RETURN POLICY

SWAROVSKI OPTIK's top priority is to satisfy all its customers. Items purchased in the Online Shop may be refunded up to 14 days after their receipt. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted after this date. 

It is currently not possible to exchange a product online for a new or different item in one transaction. The unwanted item should be returned and a new order placed for the desired item(s). You will be refunded for the item(s) returned. If you received the item as a gift, the sender will be refunded the appropriate amount.

Please use the peel off label attached to the delivery slip for your return parcel and send by standard uninsured mail. Please keep a copy of your postal transaction slip for your reference.

All products purchased from the Online Shop may not be returned at local SWAROVSKI OPTIK retailers. Please note that our policy is to credit your credit card for returned products. An exchanged or new item(s) will not be sent to you unless a new order is placed via the Online Shop.

Repairs

A high standard of quality and first-class workmanship ensure SWAROVSKI OPTIK products are virtually maintenance- and repair-free.

Nevertheless, should you require any maintenance, repairs or spare parts, your local SWAROVSKI OPTIK contact and our in-house repair and service department will be happy to help.

Registering your SWAROVSKI OPTIK product for repair provides the following benefits:

  • Faster, direct contact with our head office.

  • Initiate your repair orders online and track their current status.

  • SWAROVSKI OPTIK will of course provide cost estimates free of charge.

  • Once you have registered your repair we will email you with further information.
