BSP bino suspender proBSP Bino Suspender Pro purchased for my Swarovski NL Pure binoculars. In spite of following directions, using any videos I found online, I cannot get the buckle to open and am unable to thread the elastic thread. I have had no response to email sent to Customer service :(
