About withdrawals

This page allows you to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive your order.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party you have specified, who is not the transporter, have/has taken possession of the goods.
Submitting a withdrawal request does not cancel or stop an order that is already being processed or shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to receive the delivery and return the item(s) in accordance with our return policy.
