Preparations for the “Champions of the Flyway” bird race in Israel

Next week on 1 April 2014 the Champions of the Flyways bird race will take place in Eilat, Israel. Dale Forbes, SWAROVSKI OPTIK’s Head of Marketing; Jim Lawrence, BirdLife International's Preventing Extinctions Programme Manager; Martin Fowlie, BirdLife's Communications Officer and Stu Butchart, BirdLife's Head of Science will make up the team “BirdLife Swarovski Optik Racers” and they are all fired up to support conservation in the region.
