It was a beautiful morning when we went to the vulture feeding station managed by Photo-Raptors, aiming to photograph vultures from a hide which has been specially designed for this activity. The feeding station with the hide is based in the Sierra de San Pedro, an extensive but low mountain range in the west of Extremadura (Spain), a very good area indeed for birds of prey and vultures.
