The new range of tripods from SWAROVSKI OPTIK: Faster, lighter and more stable
SWAROVSKI OPTIK has supplemented its outstanding product range with a new series of tripods and the new DH 101 tripod head, setting new standards for even lighter products with unique levels of stability. These new additions expand the complete telescope and accessories package provided by the long-established Tyrolean Company and perfectly suited to the needs of demanding users.
Outstanding optical quality, functionality and innovative, ergonomic design characterise the SWAROVSKI OPTIK telescope package. To gain maximum benefit from these features, stable and easy to use tripods are needed to form a solid base. SWAROVSKI OPTIK has therefore developed three individual tripods for a variety of conditions and usage.
The carbon tripod CT 101 is the all-rounder from SWAROVSKI OPTIK. Its exceptional light weight of just 1,500 grams is extremely beneficial for frequent use. This tripod is easy to use and provides a comfortable observation height of up to 170 cm. The carbon tripod CT 101 is the perfect solution for nature observers who cover large distances and need a stable tripod that is able to absorb vibrations.
The carbon tripod CT Travel is the perfect companion for any journey. When folded down to a length of just 50 cm, this tripod fits easily into hand luggage. Despite its compact size, the CT Travel offers an unrivalled observation height of up to 170 cm. Its light weight and compact size make this tripod a favourite companion for nature observers who travel frequently.
For use in extreme conditions, SWAROVSKI OPTIK also offers the demanding user the new aluminium tripod AT 101. This tripod has an impressive weight of just 1,900 grams and an unrivalled observation height of up to 190 cm.
All tripods from SWAROVSKI OPTIK are high-quality products designed to provide excellent stability and user comfort. Components made from light alloys and high-strength, fibre-reinforced plastic make the tripods lightweight, extremely stable and able to minimise vibrations. The ergonomic quick-release fastenings are smooth and almost soundless to use. Pull-out tripod legs allow the tripods to be positioned at three different angles for improved stability, especially on uneven ground. The tripods can be carried comfortably using the soft, rugged neoprene shoulder pad, while their ergonomic design makes them extremely user-friendly. A tripod hook is supplied as standard, helping to weigh the tripod down and therefore improving stability when using it near the coast, for example.
SWAROVSKI OPTIK has developed an additional product for its customers: the new tripod head DH 101, designed specifically for nature observation and digiscoping and characterised by its light weight (just 550 g) and excellent positional stability. The Fast Mount System (FMS) allows the telescope to be mounted quickly and easily onto the tripod head. The telescope is automatically secured to the tripod head, protecting against the accidental release of the telescope. Both axes can also be set with a single movement of the hand. The mobility of the tilt and pan movements can be adjusted and set individually for simplicity and ease of use. The integrated leveller also makes it easier to position the tripod.
All in all – the best range of products
